DressProm.net is a division of Dimitra Designs, a full service bridal and special occasion salon serving Upstate South Carolina since 1994. Dimitra Designs is well known for having the largest selection of bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, mother-of-the-wedding dresses, flower girls dresses, tuxedos, shoes and wedding accessories, special occasion dresses such prom, pageant and quinceañera.
There is no sales tax on orders placed outside of South Carolina, and free shipping with orders over $200.00.
Shipping times and rates depend on item availability. If the item is in stock in our inventory it will be shipped same day, or the next business day. If you choose any shipping upgrades for your order, that would be the upgrade from our location to you. If the item must be re-ordered from the designer, we must first receive the item and ship out using the shipping method that you have paid for.
If the item is in stock with the designer you may have the item dropped shipped to eliminate the time it takes for us to get the item from the designer. The fee for this service is $25.00 and all drop ship orders must be placed via telephone to ensure that all shipping and payment information is exact. Not all designers offer this service, and the $25.00 fee would be additional to any upgrades such as 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air. All orders that are drop shipped would require email confirmation from the customer before it is shipped from the designers.
The estimated shipping and delivery dates can be found in your confirmation email once our team confirms that item is available based on the wear date provided on your order. All orders shipped from DressProm.net due require signature upon delivery. All items will have 3 attempted deliveries before they are shipped back to our location. Our team recommends having your order shipped to a location where there is a trusted individual that can sign for your order should you be unable to sign for the package. We carefully inspect each item that is shipped from our store, to make sure that it is the style, size, and color that you ordered, free of any damage or defect.
We will accept your return or exchange if we sent you the wrong item, (right item will be mailed immediately), your order is shipped to the wrong address, or when we are unable to redeliver your dress in time for your event. However, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving your purchase. We will issue a return authorization number that will allow you to return to us the purchased item in its original package and in its original condition. Exchanges are subject to item availability. Please Note: Any returns or exchanges postmarked after 3 business days of your receipt date, and/or missing a return authorization number will be returned to you at your shipping expense.
When we receive your package, we will inspect your item, check the style, color, measure for size accuracy, etc. Returned items must not have been worn, washed, or altered; they must have all original tags attached to them and must be in their original packaging. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or any other damages will be returned to you.
In rare circumstances, we may choose to approve a return or exchange on an item that is not flawed. In such a case, we will accept the returned item for refund of the purchase price minus a 50% restocking fee, or an exchange for a refund of the purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee. Such circumstances must be approved by management via telephone.
DressProm.net and its customer relations team want you to feel beautiful in your dress, and want you to be satisfied with our products as well as our service. All orders placed via internet or telephone requires measurements so that our team can confirm that the correct size is ordered is the best fit before any alterations.
All sales are normally considered final in the formal wear retail industry; should you choose to return or exchange a dress or shoes, a return authorization must be issued within 3 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be unworn, washed, or altered. Returns can only be refunded half (50%) of the purchase price and no shipping costs will be refunded. All sales for items on sale are final.
Exchanges must be for items of equal or greater value, and are subject to availability. There will be a $50.00 restocking fee for exchanged dresses. Any shipping costs and/or upgrades required will be the responsibility of the customer.
